Currently for all properties sold in the last 12 months as of 12/2/2022 – the median price is 693 dollars a foot which works out to approximately 3.45 Million.
It has been reported that Jillette Penn, Greg Maddux and Carlos Santana all live in The Ridges – but so do a lot of Hockey and Football players from the Vegas Golden Knights and the Las Vegas Raiders. The list is ever changing but these homes are for some of the most affluent. More expensive properties can only be found in the Summit Club, Dragon Ridge, MacDonald Highlands and Anthem Country Club.
